Not a very good business plan mate. Most logos are created by graphic designers like myself, we also make letterheaded paper, business cards and websites for our clients, we take care of printing etc. You would need software that could create 300DPI logos, at a high res.
Giving the control to the client will result in a crap logo. Moonfruit website builder has a similar feature, perhaps you could email them.
Also if you obtain this software – you won’t own the software and chances are making money off it will be illegal – try again.
